The "Bangers" Star Spangled Freedom © - Memorial Day Rock ConcertT at Wildwood NJ

The band featured it’s first CD, which is a 4 song patriotic rock-n-roll CD called “Star Spangled Americans”™. This specialty CD has been dedicated to the men and women of the armed forces, and those who risk their lives for the many wonderful freedoms we all enjoy. The CD has many inspirations. Robert Battis wrote the lyrics for the song “Star Spangled Freedom”©, in which his inspiration came from thoughts of what Francis Scott Key must have seen which inspired him to write the “Star Spangled Banner”. “Everyday there are rockets red glare and bombs bursting in air, over good Americans who lead our country, making the hard decisions and having the will to protect our freedom”. He wrote the lyrics for the song “America’s Not Fool-in Around” ©, in which his inspiration came from people whom he knew, who died in the World Trade Center and those fighting to stop future attacks. He wrote the lyrics for the song “As Americans”. He is inspired by the greatness of the American people who take risks to build America and fight for the principals that form the foundation of our great country. The lyrics for ”Freedom Does Not Come Free” ©, were written by the bands drummer, Scott French. His inspirations are clear. The price of freedom is worth everything we have.

The company is donating 10% of all merchandise sales to the Wounded Warrior Project from now till the end of 2005. The band will be touring on behalf of the Wounded Warrior Project to help bring awareness to this great group of people and helping in raising money so they can carry out their work in supporting our wounded soldiers. We will be having this music festival on the 1st Saturday of October every year. Hence next years 2006 festival will be called the:

Wounded Warrior Project '06 Music FestivalT

Look forward to seeing you there!
