Robert Battis wrote the lyrics for the song "Star Spangled Freedom" © , in which his inspiration came from thoughts of what Francis Scott Key must have seen which inspired him to write the "Star Spangled Banner". "Everyday there are rockets red glare and bombs bursting in air, over good Americans who lead our country, making the hard decisions and having the will to protect our freedom". He wrote the lyrics for the song "America's Not Fool-in Around" © , in which his inspiration came from people whom he knew, who died in the World Trade Center and those fighting to stop future attacks. He wrote the lyrics for the song "As Americans". He is inspired by the greatness of the American people who take risks to build America and fight for the principals that form the foundation of our great country. The lyrics for "Freedom Does Not Come Free" © , were written by the bands drummer, Scott French. His inspirations are clear. The price of freedom is worth everything we have.
